Deletei recently bought the ashwaganda roots for the height remedy but my blender is not strong enough to mice them so i was wondering if maybe there was a way to make them softer eg by soaking them overnight etc without affecting the remedy?

1. Use triphala powder remedy as (soak a teaspoon of triphala powder in a glass of water in night and wash your eyes with this water in next morning after filter it).
2. Use this remedy along with all other treatments.
3. drops two drops of cow's urine in both eyes daily.
4. You can also drops of cow's butter.
5. Eat nutrition and vitamin supplements such as green vegetables, fruits, salad and nuts.
6. Avoid addicted things such as alcohol, smoking, tea and coffee.
7. Avoid eating of fried, salty, oily and fast food as well as non-veg.
8. You can try for eye exercises.
9. You should try for a morning walk with barefoot on green grass.
10. Stay cool and stress free.
